Tales All Around the World

We are learning about the 7 continents. Last week we learned about South America and this week Africa. Liara's mom was nice enough to bring in food from England and Japan. Haley also shared sea shells from Florida. Students are learning the importance of different cultures as well as the different landscapes and other geography around the world. The students had a blast tasting the seaweed bites and other fun treats! Thanks to Haley and Liara for sharing!!! :)

Working Together

We have been doing a lot of group activities. Students are having to work together to research, write, and complete projects. This is a very important skill for 2nd grade and the students are rocking it out!!!
